Travel Protection:
By purchasing our Travel Protection travelers can relax and have confidence in their vacation purchase. If needed, travelers can cancel their trip for any reason. Simply call us at any time prior to departure to cancel and receive a refund in the form of a Travel Credit or Cash Refund, minus the cost of the Travel Protection Plus. Other benefits include no fees for vacation changes, hurricane travel credit, and during travel benefits such as 24-hour emergency assistance, baggage protection and more.

The following items are not refundable under Travel Protection Plus
• "No Show" situations where the traveler does not check in and denied boarding situations are not covered
• Non-refundable hotel rates
• Air not purchased from EPT
• If the number of individuals occupying a room decreases, the remaining travelers will be responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of a change in the per person occupancy rate
• Nonrefundable travel agent fees may be included in your package price. Please consult your travel agent.
• No name changes or substitutions on travel protection plans
• Cost to change to an alternate scheduled airline as a result of an airline schedule change prior to departure
• The cost of the travel protection plan
Group Organizer's Responsibilities are:
1. To handle all payments and payment processing.
2. To provide invoices to all guest(s) attending the trip to pay for their tour if applicable.
3. To provide all guest(s) with updates and balances on payments.
3. To provide all final confirmations and details upon FINAL PAYMENT.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
All cancellations must be in writing.
Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
All of your deposits to Elite Professional Travel Agency are non-refundable. Refunds are accepted for reservations that are insured. Insurance allows you up to 100% refund for payments applied outside of your deposit which is 100% non-refundable.
Tour organizers reserve the right to cancel this tour at any time prior to the date of the tour. Refunds of 50% paid to guests will be honored under this circumstance. Elite Professional Travel cancellation penalty applies to all reservations made with/or without travel protection if the traveler cancels anytime before the trip $250.00 per guest.
Nonrefundable travel agent fees may be included in your package price. Please consult your travel agent.
Guest(s) Responsibilities are:
1. To provide the necessary documentation
2. To finance additional items or activities that are not listed.
3. To make all payments according to the payment plan agreed on.
4. All guests waive, release, discharge, and covenants not to sue Elite Professional Travel, and affiliates, members, sponsors, organizers, or other representatives or their successors and assign for injuries or damages of any kind suffered as a result of this vacation or any related activity. At the Resort if there are any damages to property, the guests are solely responsible to return the property to its original state.
5. All guests waive, release, discharge, and covenants not to chargeback any payments submitted to Elite Professional Travel, and affiliates, members, sponsors, organizers, or other representatives or their successors and assign for this vacation .
6. All payments will be made with Credit/Debit or Paypal. Cash is not acceptable.
7. Guest agrees to full permission, perpetual, and worldwide for organizers to use all names, photographs, video, audio, or quotations in accounts or promotions in any medium.
8. Guests who do not sign this contract will be unable to travel
9. If a payment plan is chosen, guest(s) must pay their deposit to hold their spot.
